About Us
A Family-Run Farm Labor Contractor
Urbina Farm Management, Inc. is a licensed California Farm Labor Contractor serving growers throughout Northern California.
We're a family-run company, and most communication happens directly with someone involved in scheduling or managing the work. When growers have questions about a crew, schedule, or job, they usually speak with someone who is directly involved.
We provide crews for pruning, thinning, harvest, planting, hoeing, general agricultural labor, equipment operators, and seasonal prune and walnut dryer staffing.
Our crews work in peaches, prunes, walnuts, almonds, kiwis, olives, tomatoes, pistachios, and other crops throughout the year.
Before each job, we coordinate crew size, start dates, and job details with the grower. During the work, crews are supervised by a crew boss, and we stay in communication if schedules or conditions change.
We work with many of the same growers season after season, and we approach each job with long-term relationships in mind.
